
I've been having a bad spring break and I was in a funk. So I decided to try some yoga after dinner. And it worked! At first I felt like I was wasting my time, but boy was it de-stressing. Carly was laughing the whole time with my butt in the air. While I probably won't be earning a buff butt anytime soon, it did help me get my mood back on track. So I think I'm going to do yoga more often. I wish I was on the beach like that lady, but my living room will do. Oh now my butt feels sore...opps.
